I had some decent success with Joe's Juice. The larger ones, I would have to hit a couple of time.
Here is my formula for some awesome aiptasia killer.
I used Mrs. Wages Pickling Lime (it comes in a 16Oz container of lime powder), you can find it in the canning section of your local grocery store (about $3.59 plus tax).
I mixed it up to make a paste (with water). I don't have exact measurements and had to add a little more water and lime to get it to where the syringe wasn't dropping it out like toothpaste (you want it to kind of dissipate in your tank, but still thick enough to cover and "stick" to the aiptasia).
I used this solution about a week ago and have not had one come back (even the HUGE ones).
This container should last for a very long time.
I have used it around button poylps and zoas to no ill effect of the corals.
It does look like it knocked off a small colony of hydroids (good thing).
If anyone wants, I can send you a sample, just pay for shipping. I have no guarantee about other corals, but have heard it does not harm them (just be aware).
It's a heck of a lot cheaper than Joe's Juice (I always had a problem of it clogging up the syringe).
Feel free to PM me with any questions. I'd also like to get some feedback on any possible ill effects on other corals.
I got this from a reliable guy that hasn't steered me wrong yet.

Watch that stuff goes on sale at end of season for 50 cents around here it is a great time to stock up on it
It will kill zoas and other corals if you get it on them so you want to keep it thick , if clogging is an issue try a meat syringe (the type to inject flavoring in, or you can use a syringe that you get to fill injet cartriges with those are a bit larger needle as well and can be gotten at a dollar store )

I am sure you already know but Mrs. Wages is calcium hydroxide which is the home canning version of kalkwasser, they are the same thing so if someone either can't find the Mrs. Wages or already has some kalk they can follow you directions with kalk and have the same great results.

Skip, I agree 100%! I just wanted to give it a whirl. I think this 16ozer will last a good long while.
